Disliked: Our balcony looked over nothing but the kitchen staffs break area. Heard nothing but their stories and smelt nothing but their cigarettes. Probably the worst room we have stayed in there. Very crammed.

Liked: This was our 2nd stay at Casablanca and we loved every minute of our stay. Great location, good breakfast, and awesome martini bar.

The location is nice but...

Liked: The location and the cocktails.
Disliked: It’s not very clean. The hostess was extremely rude. We asked to sit at the bar, which had 5 open seats and we needed 4. The hostess said someone else was going to be sat there although they weren’t there. I then asked, well how do I reserve these seats? She said we don’t reserve seats and I said then why aren’t you seating us? She stormed off without saying anything and never came back. We stood behind the seats until the bartender took our order and then we sat down. The breakfast was not good. It is overpriced.

Location was perfect.

Liked: The location, they gave 2 breakfast coupons and drink certificates. The Christmas decorations were beautiful
Disliked: I understand that they try to keep the history but everything is so dated and the rooms are so crammed. The bathroom floor tiles were broken and the toilet ran and made noice all night. The floors were dirty.

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful room with great balcony overlooking Charlotte St. Bed very comfy, awesome shower with multiple shower heads and great water pressure.Bonus-as a guest here, you get priority seating at the bar, we never waited more than a couple minutes although the line went down the block!!!
Disliked: Not a thing!

Liked: I like the location - right in town. We had parking right near the inn
Disliked: Our room was suppose to come with pull out bed. There was mix up with room . My daughter slept on the couch. We enjoyed our stayed . They are pet friendly. We have large dog and they allowed it.

Liked: Loved it here! Cute decor, free drinks in the martini bar for hotel guests, lovely little room which was quiet yet central. Super helpful staff
