Great location, lovely staff, rundown...
Liked: Ate breakfast on first day. Service and food was mediocre. Chose to eat off site for the rest of our stay.p
Disliked: Stayed in the garden suite. Everything was run down. It looked like they’d recently painted since paint drops were everywhere, even on the patio cushions. At first glance I thought it was bird poop. The bathroom was tiny and the grout was nasty. The shower was gross.

Did the job
Liked: The location was great, easily walkable
Disliked: They apparently did renovations but it was poor work. The sink was hard to turn off. The shower would be hot but then turn icy cold so it wouldn’t stay one temperature. The shower hose unattached itself to the wall. It was kind of shoddy work

I enjoyed my stay, felt...
Liked: I stayed in Room 5. It was delightful and very cozy. Spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom was updated and had a great shower. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful with an awesome view. I would stay here again & would even request Room 5.
Disliked: Parking to check-in was not good;esp. when not being familiar with the area. There was no place to park my car to check-in. I ended up following an employee (who was on foot) to the tiny parking lot for the Inn. I ended up wheeling my luggage the 2 blocks back to the Inn to check-in.

Perfect location to party in...
Liked: The location was perfect and we especially enjoyed the huge balcony overlooking the small cobblestone street behind our room. Also, our room was clean and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic!
Disliked: The a/c system was not the greatest.

Fabulous staff, great location, and...
Liked: Staff are amazing and kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was also great, with a lot of options. There's coupons for breakfast for 2 each day and also free martinis, for which the place is famous. Right in the middle of the Old City, it's walkable to literally everything.
Disliked: We (my sister and I) ended up in a room with one double bed. It was a little cramped.

It was okay. Location was...
Liked: Breakfast was very nice, afternoon martinis also a big hit.
Disliked: Rooms were small, no desk to write on. Not many spaces to store luggage.

Great place to stay in...
Liked: Location!! The friendliness of the staff-everyone was so accommodating. Also, the delicious breakfast every morning and the Martinis in the afternoon was awesome!
Disliked: Liked everything

Probably won't stay there again,...
Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Within walking distance of the Colonial Quarter. Personnel were good. Nero's was very good.
Disliked: Directions were bad. Parking was 2 blocks away. HVAC noise at night was terrible. Water pressure was very low. Roof over balcony leaked. Stairs on outside of building were dangerous. No phone in room. Had to walk outside in the rain to get to the main building.

Exceptional
Liked: As a returning guest, I will only stay here. The location is amazing but the atmosphere, employees and rooms are what make it fantastic! Everything is cozy and clean and with a Martini bar downstairs it's a great place for every getaway . Patrick or St. Patrick is the staple, the cherry on top, the host with the most and the most wonderful bartender. Always a great conversationalist and full of hospitality. Once again ; a very happy traveler.
