Good location, unfriendly/unhelpful staff, no...

Liked: Location was good for exploring Old San Juan.
Disliked: Staff members were not friendly or helpful. Long, long wait for room (5 hours). Every surface of the room was sticky (nightstands, floor, shelf, etc.). Suitcases, small bags, etc. actually stuck to the shelf. Air conditioning did not remove humidity from room so not very comfortable. A/C hard to regulate. No breakfast.

Would have rather stayed at...

Liked: Property was in a good in the city of old San Juan.
Disliked: Had to wait 45 minutes to check in, breakfast staff not available to serve breakfast, had to go out and look for another location to eat. There was no hot water to take a shower in the evening after being out all day and also no hot water in the early morning before leaving hotel. I could have paid $50 dollars more and stayed at the Marriott with much better service and amenities.
