Liked: The location in Old San Juan was excellent. It's a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Easy walking distance to many historic sites, museums, and restaurants. The service was excellent and the breakfast is lovely every morning. They provide clean water for drinking and space to store your bags after checkout. The nearest beach is about a 30 minute walk or a short cab ride.
Disliked: There is an elementary school across the street, so it can be a bit loud in the morning on weekdays. This has nothing to do with the property, but this is just a tip I wish I had known: driving and finding parking in Old San Juan is a challenge and can be costly, so I recommend not having a vehicle during your stay. Again, that has nothing to do with the property, just a tip for travelers.

The Perfect B&B

Liked: Casa Sol was the PERFECT B&B. Trisha and Eddie were perfect hosts. The room was very comfortable, the hand made breakfasts by Eddie were varied and excellent, the location in Old San Juan was convenient to everything we wanted to see. We HIGHLY recommend this wonderful B&B to everyone! And thank you Trisha and Eddie for making our first visit to San Juan memorable. We will be back!

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and filling. Fabulous french toast!Great location on fairly quiet street only a few blocks from all the restaurants and other sites.Tisha was extremely nice and very helpful. The hotel was old town special: old stately building with central open courtyard, upgraded bathroom.
Disliked: Only a minor thing but we found the pillows to be a bit firm for our taste and the cases were a bit rough, not as soft as we are used to.
