Liked: The location was convenient. The linens were clean and soft. The entire place smelled AMAZING. The bathroom was a nice size. The window in the bathroom opens so that really helps with humidity in the bathroom.
Disliked: Absolutely no parking. Not even close . The only parking “close” to the facility has a limit. Most have a 3:00am limitation. You’ll spend as much for parking as you do for the facility. So, really, you’re not saving on anything. Stairs. No elevator. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Customer service has an attitude anytime you ask a question and they have a tendency to speak to you like you’re incompetent. I could have easily overlooked most inconveniences as life doesn’t always pan out the way we prefer. However, hospitality is the business and Casa Sofi fails miserably in being hospitable. Such a shame, because the place is adorable.

Liked: The localisation is great - walking distance of the most important sights on miami beach
Disliked: The room was much smaller than it looked on the pictures, and really dark - no natural light at all, all shutters drown down and even when you put them up it's all grey, very little light comes in. There were only paper cups in the room, no real ones.When the room service came in they moved our stuff and put them "in order", mixing and displacing them significantly when there was no need for that.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Walking distance to the beach, ocean drive, quiet neighbourhood. Self check in method works great!
Disliked: It took a while for the water to get hot, water pressure in the shower could be better.
