Liked: The rooftop view of the lagoon is breathtaking. Loved having my morning coffee up there. Such a peaceful spot!

Disliked: Perfect location! Close to everything in San Juan, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Not a good experience.

Liked: Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They also kept our bags for a while, and let us have food after check out time. The view from the rooftop was nice too.
Disliked: We barely slept as there were a bunch of cockroaches, even inside the fridge I found a small roach. AC did not work. The bed had some sand and hair. The room itself is uncomfortable, and if we were staying more than 1 night, we would have left early. Unfortunately, this place is not for everyone.

Liked: Rooftop is spacious, location is pretty good, paintings are nice
Disliked: Facilities were cramped and not well cared for. Kitchen was really gross, dirty and stuff piled everywhere, no sink handle, to the point cooking was barely possible. Staff were nice, but all seemingly recent arrivals who knew little about San Juan and couldn’t help with basic information.
