Liked: If you in a real jam This is a perfect place In centre every thing close by. Foset was leaking. Bathroom light was very low. I pulled the chair table called down. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t figure it out how tv works I had a private room with a cute patio Right to my entarance to my patio there is bathroom. People throwing the door at night . Loud at night. Hammock doesn’t exist. The view was wonderful. Things that have to be fix electric outlet with no cover roasted lizard . I enjoyed beside everything. I wish the fix all the little fix and put hammock as promised

Very frustrating.

Disliked: I made a reservation asking for late check-in during late flight. My request has been approved waiting for information (the staff member was supposed to send me the instructions with room acces code on email). I never received anything back. I arrived at midnight in Sun Juan and I realised that I don't have where to sleep after 3 flights. I didn't read the reviews before booking. No reception available after 10 p.m and they don't bother to arrange any late check-in as confirmed. I don't recommend!

Disliked: All things. The staff was friendly, BUT: the room was NOT cleaned at all, tons of dust and trash everywhere, bed linen with holes, cockroaches and spiders. The shower was a complete horror, hair everywhere, no shower head, just a rusty pipe. Dirty mattresses, floor, windowsill, air conditioner...EVERYTHING

Great place to stay

Liked: The location is perfect because there are supermarkets, restaurants, shops and even the Placita de Santurce by the area.
Disliked: The number of bathrooms is not enough

Liked: The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, rooms were air-conditioned, cute dog
Disliked: All the beds were really shaky and connected to eachother so whenever anyone in the dorm moved at all everyone's bed shook, only one outlet in the women's dorm and it was in the bathroom so my phone was always low on power, not as many activities organized by the hostel as advertised, towels and bedsheets were stained and pilled, and it was very male dominated I was one of the only women staying in the whole place. Neighborhood seemed fine to me but a few locals mentioned it was a little sketchy.
