Superb

Liked: Nice little boutique hotel.Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Balcony was actually just floor to ceiling windows with a very small outdoor ledge - no room to sit outside.

Great location with friendly service

Liked: Great area to use as a home base. There's lots you can walk to or not far to subway and bus options. Ubers are also really cheap and easy to use. I liked the small feel and great service here. It was easy to get in and out of my room. My room had a nice view of the street and a good shower. The bed was comfy and big.
Disliked: I guess the rooftop restaurant is closed, which I didn't realize before getting there, but there's plenty of a good options around. The bar/restaurant called Lucerna was neat and had live music on Saturday night.
