Disappointing

Liked: The location and arriving from airport was ok. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: The noise problem was the biggest issue. Isolation here is the worst I have ever seen in any hotel, made us waking up multiple times every single time and morning. Also the bed is very very stiff which made it hard to fall asleep. Lastly, the bathroom had a leaking problem and whenever we took a shower whole bathroom was totally wet.

Liked: All staff were exceptionally polite and competent.

No heat and moldy rooms

Liked: Rooms look ok, but was lacking in functionality as a hotel.
Disliked: No heat and moldy rooms. Could not get a refund. Staff not accommodating. No sign outside of this motel. If you're looing for a nice comfortable stay, this isn't it.

Very good

Liked: Very hot shower, very quiet room - but you have to ask for a room on a higher floor. Very close to all the right places of avenida Amsterdam. In general, all was good, internet was a bit slow for 2024.
Disliked: Internet could be faster.

Cozy and nice place in...

Liked: Rooms are nice and comfy The rooms are small but comfortable, but they lack some connections to be able to connect the fan and if it is kept closed it feels very hot.
Disliked: Can't connect easy the fan.

Great location in Condesa, accommodating...

Liked: I crashed there for one night, it’s in a great location with lots of food options and shops near by. The staff were super accommodating and kind. The bed was okay, it wasn’t as comfortable as I expected. The walkway to my room was difficult to carry my luggage on because it was a fire escape walkway - Otherwise all else was great!
