Has potential, but lost its...

Liked: We love staying here and have been over the years. Love the location and size of the rooms. I loved that you guys offered pans, pots, and hot plates to cook on. A special shout out to the head housekeeper Mel BTW.
Disliked: Didn't like the open leftover complementary milk from the previous guest. There was no house cleaning (Fri-Sun) the bathroom had little bugs on the shower floor. Walls weren't wiped over, and they still had soft drink spills from previous guests, as well. Very disheartening.

NOT PLEASANT - PICTURES NOT...

Liked: Nothing but the location.
Disliked: Very disappointing as the images shown online is absolutely nothing like the room. I book accommodation based on images, and I was actually just upset. First room the aircon was so loud it sounded like it was going to fall off the wall. Second room, it was dirty. Looks like coffee splatter on the bathroom door, the kettle was dirty (I washed it) and the cutlery and cups where dirty. The "chairs" had not been wiped for who knows how long, oh and my blanket smelled like days of use. I literally wanted to leave, however the "no cancel policy" and availability was my concern. The best part: I could not leave dirty dishes when I checked out, so had to was dishes in the bathroom sink, to avoid a potential fine! Honestly just disappointing. The pictures should be updated and the rooms should at least be clean. Oh and don't even talk about the smoke smell......
