Perfect oasis in busy CDMX

Liked: Gorgeous boutique hotel hidden away in Condensa. Comfiest bed in all our 7 weeks travelling Rooftop bar was a little oasis, free breakfast was delicious. Cannot fault!

Liked: The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean, very pretty. I loved it. Also the food and drinks are amazing.
Disliked: There’s a lot of noises from the room next door, you can hear everything. Otherwise everything is great.

Beautiful retreat in the city

Liked: Beautifully designed rooms and hotel - attentive staff and delicious breakfast. Lovely location in leafy Condesa.

Beautiful accommodation in an ideal...

Liked: Perfect location, beautifully decorated and the most comfortable bed ever! Hot tub on the terrace with a margarita was just perfect!!
Disliked: Sadly the breakfast wasn’t great - we were spoiled with our meals in our Mexico trip, and surprisingly this was possibly the worst! It wasn’t warm, tomato sauce was very watery and there was no flavour at all. The breakfast service was all just a bit awkward/ confusing - another guest gave us the QR code menu, and it took sometime for our order to be taken. There were 3 members of staff on and 2 tables occupied, but the tables weren’t cleaned after they had been used.Signs saying water, tea and coffee were available at any point and to contact on WhatsApp - had contacted in the morning for a coffee to the room, but it never arrived. Not a huge deal but just the small things that made our stay feel a little less special.
