Disappointing

Liked: the person who checked us in was very kind and accomadating but the facilities were questionable, the bathroom had no mirror, the tub was dirty, and the windows to the outside were unable to be locked, we didn't even stay for more then 20 minutes we left the keys in the room and left. the pictures and description were not what was presented at the property.

Booking.com should remove them from...

Disliked: The room smelled a lot of cigarettes. The carpet was a real disaster. I was surprised, I have stayed there several times and it used to be a clean and pleasant place

Liked: We've stayed at this hotel many times. It is in a convenient location. The price is reasonable. We like the staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Good place to stay whenever...

Liked: We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the Quad Cities. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We'll be staying there again soon.

Very good
