Casa Izeba felt like a...
Liked: The staff greeted us with snacks and water every time we came home. Our room was perfectly cleaned every day. The room was very quiet despite being in a fun and busy neighborhood.

Wonderful stay
Liked: Amazing location, with nearby restaurants and bars that were walking distance. The property itself is so well designed and decorated. Felt secure, cozy, and comfortable with plenty of space.
Disliked: Could sometimes hear the people above and below us.

Exceptional
Liked: Love the property, super clean, staff is very on point and always accessible. Great location!
Disliked: They need someone to help with luggages or an elevator. We were on the top floor and it was a little tough going up and down with our baggage.

Lovely stay in beautiful boutique...
Liked: This is a lovely boutique hotel in the Roma Norte area of Mexico City. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the continental breakfast included pastries from the very popular bakery next door. The common areas are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: We liked everything.

Stunning boutique hotel in the...
Liked: I was blown away by the tasteful art and design of this hotel. We walked in on a rainy evening and the hotel was warm, with beautiful music playing and stunning decor. It felt like someone's home while still being clean and professional. Every morning staff would get pastries from the bakery next door which was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I would not recommend it
Liked: The service was very good. It was clean and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: We are 70 and had to climb three double height flights to our room…no elevator and with the altitude causing difficulty breathing it was a problem. This should have been transparent because we would not have stayed here. The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in….around 10x15 including the bathroom. The bed faced the wall air conditioner which when turned on (all the time) had a huge light that shone directly in our faces due to the position of the bed and lit the entire room making it hard to sleep.

Liked: Breakfast from Rosetta included was excellent. A great idea to avoid the queues outside.
Disliked: We had to change room as the first room offered was full of mosquitos and was very dark. After we changed room( facing the courtyard), the ambiance was much better.
