Liked: I loved how unique the hotel was, it was very characteristic and every room was decorated differently, it felt like I was staying at a home away from home rather than a hotel. The staff was extremely sweet and welcoming they made us feel at home and always asked us if we needed anything, and the breakfast came to our room, it was great, you are able to choose the time you want it to be delivered and it comes to your door. Overall an amazing experience and now I know exactly where to go whenever I visit Florence.
Disliked: There was nothing that I did not like everything was amazing.
