Liked: The location is excellent. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was decorated in a lovely and quirky way. The direct access to the garden space was nice! The toiletries were from the perfume shop next door was also a nice touch. The hotel is overall is very nice and only 13 rooms which made the layout very lovely!
Disliked: The bed / mattress was a bit too hard for our taste. The bathroom door had a massive squeak when opening and closing. We could of raised it with the staff but decided to leave it as there is future big re-decorating plans in the works. I would have loved an expresso pod machine instead of instant coffee sachets. Our room was a classic room - smallest of the room options - so small closet space (top half/ lower half was coffee area) and compact bathroom.

Liked: Lovely boutique guest house in a very convenient location close to both the railway station and the cultural district. An urban oasis. We loved our room with an attached little balcony and a beautiful ceiling. The fabulous breakfast was served on a tray, delivered right on time to our room. The staff were delightful.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Decor was lovely, rooms so well appointed even the smaller ones. Felt like I was staring in a home more than a hotel. Breakfast served in the room was a treat.
Disliked: Beds were tough they need pillow toppers .

Liked: The guest House is very pleasant, well decorated, the rooms are all different. The location is convenient, very Central.The staff is helpful and nice.We really loved the breakfast: presentation and the quality of the food.
