Disappointing

Liked: Central location for a planned business trip had stayed a couple of times previously and had being happy with the hotel.
Disliked: Had booked the junior suite 1 year ago and requested a balcony outside seating area and the softer pillows but when we arrived the reception staff said that they had no record of my request despite me showing emails received from them to confirm my request.Also the hotel is starting to look a-bit tired now and the food wasn’t up to the previous standards poached eggs where hard boiled. Staff were friendly though but sadly we won’t be returning very disappointing stay.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly...

Liked: We stayed one night on our way south, conveniently located with onsite parking. The room was nicely decorated good quality furnishings comfortable and exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. No need to leave the hotel as Barca was handy for an evening meal !
