Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful as we were visiting to support our football team it was an Idea location also within walking distance of the town centre Lovely clean rooms super showerBreakfast was good with lots of options On the whole it's a really lovely hotel definitely four stars
Disliked: Unfortunately as we're an older couple and not technically savvy we struggled with the television (but did get there after pressing lots of buttons) and we couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine but thankfully the kettle was there and tea and coffee Maybe there could be a set of instructions for us oldies

Not worth the money .

Disliked: Stains on the bed covers I was told by the manageress that I should have told them previously but I told her as soon as I noticed it . Nothing was done . Premier Inn was better and half the price .

Liked: The bed was comfortable and I liked the fresh milk in the fridge
Disliked: The only room available was a disability room which I booked. I didn't realise the full extent of a disability bathroom and how disappointing it was. The sink was very low even for me, a small person. The sink was also impractical to fill the kettle up and the water was Luke warm not cold. The grab rail by the shower was badly damaged and the soap dish falling off. I spoke to the 2 people at the reception who just told me I could pay an extra £70 to get a non disability room. I was given several bottles of water to fill the kettle with and for cleaning my teeth. My stay was disappointing and not the relaxing time I had planned. I received a message asking if the room was ok and to let them know if if they could do anything else me. I replied to the message and received a reply saying that they were out of the office! Not great staff support.
