Liked: a great hotel, which stays completely to its reputation: very comfortable rooms with the excellent beds and high-quality linens, well thought trough lightning and small, pleasant 'extras', top notch service. you may add to it an excellent location and a presence of a Michelin stared restaurant at the location.
Disliked: Two minor issues: there is no printer available at the business corner, so one should send the documents to an email of the hotel for printing. The bathroom has a shower in a bathtub. I know it's traditional, but I personally prefer a modern shower cabin instead.

WHAT ALL HOTELS SHOULD BE

Liked: Where do I begin with how much I loved this hotel. Perfect location on one of the most luxurious streets in Barcelona. Stunning architecture and part of history of Barcelona. Attention to every detail with endless luxury. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite hotels ever after 100 countries.
Disliked: At times the wi fi was not strong but they were replacing the week I stayed there so should be resolved

Great location and staff but...

Liked: Staff were friendly and in the main helpful, though our supper reservation was never made. Room on the small side.
Disliked: Wifi service was hopeless and mobile was difficult in our room. TV channels pixelated or didn't connect. Reading lights were faulty. They couldn't rectify any of these problems despite asking.
