Great location but only for...

Liked: The B&B is in a very good location, in walking distance to Roma and Condesa! It‘s a nice, safe building with a beautiful courtyard and very nice staff!
Disliked: Unfortunately we got a super small room which was not really suitable for us as a couple and especially the 4 nights we stayed there. There wasn‘t even space to hang two wet towels… also our room was in the entrance area with the only window basically being the door, facing the „public“ area. This meant we had to close the curtains all the time and had no daylight at all. Being on the lower floor and directly at the entrance, it was quite loud there and we could hear people leaving and arriving. The breakfast was also rather ‚simple’. For one or two nights I think this place is fine but wouldn‘t recommend staying there longer.

Stylish small hotel in a...

Liked: Breakfast was good, rooms are stylish.
Disliked: I booked the hotel as it was mentioned it was quiet. Well this certainly isn’t true if you have a room on the streetside. I asked for a change of rooms immediately at reception, and although a room was available the boss didn’t reply as it was after 9 pm. Didn’t sleep at all, lots of noise from cars, motorcycles, car alarm and those barking dogs…. Next day I tried to change again at reception, but this really doesn’t function as a reception. Everything had to be dus used with a boss/manager on WhatsApp, which is really inconvenient. No other rooms were available so ended up with barely any sleep in two nights. Would not recommend it, if you want to have a good night sleep.

Delightful hotel cosy but small...

Liked: Beautifully appointed modern boutique hotel. We were in room #3 on the main floor and I liked it best for size and design.Its a small hotel with small cosy shared space for relaxing and breakfast. The breakfasts were very good with options for omelettes, waffles, toast, yoghurt and fruit to start. We were disappointed that the propane fireplace on the rooftop and stand up heater in the dining area were not working due to difficulty sourcing propane. I wish we knew that before hand. You will need a sweater in the morning for breakfast in January. The beds were queen size but seemed smaller but were very comfortable.The staff were excellent. Little English but google translate worked very well.The neighborhood was full of restaurants and we felt very safe. Close to everything. a block or two from The angel center monument where you can catch the hop off/on buses. Its a vibrant city and makes for a fabulous holiday.
