Disliked: Our room we reserved eight months earlier was not available, and we were not notified. We had a far inferior room.

Disliked: Due to renovations, we were shifted to sister property next store but it was a bit confusing to navigate change. The loading area of customer parking was small for our full-size truck; it only worked because no one else was there.

Disliked: Complimentary parking was a nice feature but lot is actually a hike from the inn and not very well lit at night.

Disliked: First room we had was beautiful but didn’t have hot water to take a shower but they were great and moved us to a different room which was great

Liked: I couldn’t say enough nice things about the staff. From John who helped us check in, and chatted with us every morning at breakfast, to Jenny who cooked us the BEST breakfasts daily, I felt well taken care of. We had booked the property under the recommendation of a cousin. He said it was centrally located to pretty much everything in town. The room & property had charm & was very spacious. Loved the AC keeping us nice & cool from the grueling heat outside. It’s the EXTRA little touches that made our stay GREAT! We will definitely be back again! Thanks to everyone who helped make our 1st trip back to St.Augustine as adults, a memorable one!
Disliked: Nothing. Even though they were going through some room renovations, it wasn’t a bother at all. Workers were considerate & noise wasn’t even noticeable. So there was nothing we didn’t like.
