Disliked: 1. There was a young man at the front desk with a bad attitude and unprofessional 2. The toilet wasn't working properly

Liked: The property was nice. Amenities were good.
Disliked: The rooms were dated. Parking was confusing. Cars blocking the Porte cochère meant once you pulled in, you were stuck until someone left as no one is preventing cars from blocking both sides of driveway….i saw the parking next door and the ramp, but as neither were identified as belonging to this hotel, I had to pull up front into the blocked driveway to check in…..once checked in, they instruct you how to get to the parking and that the parking is, in fact, part of the property….had this been marked or signed in some way, I would have parked there and then checked in vs having to wait for someone to leave (10 minutes) before I could exit the circular drive Porte cochère in front of the hotel…anywa, a simple solution that would avoid a substantial inconvenience.

Liked: Room was stuffy; bed was too soft; service was non existent. Sat in the restaurant for breakfast and no one came so we left; I loved the old Spanish tiles and the brick walls (now painted over). The hotel has a lots of potential. It is beautiful.
Disliked: Oh see above. We liked the old building, the landscaping and the pool area.
