It was a great location...

Liked: After a long day of traveling we didn't feel like going out for dinner. The Spanish room had a great menu, and we had an excellent dinner. We chose to eat in the lobby area. It was comfortable and noise level we maintained a good conversation.
Disliked: We poured a soft drink in the sink and later found ants. It is an older hotel but well maintained with lots of character and photo opportunities.

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice staff, cute courtyard, good location close to lots of restaurants etc
Disliked: Could hear the folks in the room next door

Liked: Absolutely nothing worst traumatic experience of my life.
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude did not help us with anything.

Liked: This property is absolutely beautiful
Disliked: I booked a king room with a courtyard view but because they were overbooked, I was placed in a double room. It wasn’t the same as the room I booked which had a full couch and a balcony with chairs yes I was charged the same price. I was given two free drink for the inconvenience which I appreciated but there has to be a better way to book rooms and to know you’re getting what you booked.
