Liked: The View was just stunning!Room was very clean and nicely designed with all the amenities we needed. Staff was very frriendly and helpfull. We also loved the spa at the hotel, which was very relaxing and not crowded.

Perfect place in Porto!

Liked: The Concierge were UNBELIEVABLE!! I travel a lot a d this place was perfect. This was my first time in Porto and we loved the location of this hotel. The room was beautiful, it felt extremy high-end, like a spa. Tons of counted space to our all your makeup/toiletries. Also extremely clean. Ohh and the bed was really comfy!!

Liked: Location was excellent, rooms were beautiful
Disliked: A part of the staff was not experienced enough. They seemed to be lost and not that good with English. They forgot one of our luggage when arriving and mixed up my gluten free breakfast with standard one.No drama, but I would have expected better for this price.
