Excellent experience

Liked: We loved staying here! Firstly, the location is great - super convenient for going to restaurants and exploring the area. The room itself was quiet, clean, warm, well-furnished, with a very comfy bed, and a great shower. Also, the owner was very kind and accommodating, even letting us check in early. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

The worst

Liked: Worst and most rude staff ever, the guy at the reception was upset because I wasn't gay, he ask me if I was gay and I tell him I don't and he went mad, I also think he was on drugs, and tell to my wife she was a puta one of the worst experiences I ever had in my life,they also canceled my acomodation and I have to go to a cheap motel because it was late and end of the week, it really was an horrible experience

Great - As Promised and...

Liked: The room was really nice - well maintained and stylish. The toiletries were high quality, and I really enjoyed the espresso machine. The location was quite good - not in the heart of Condesa per se, but within 5-6 minutes walking to the heart. There is a subway station about 5-7 minutes walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by several nice restaurants and coffee shops. The staff are very friendly.
Disliked: It was quite difficult to locate the property upon arrival via Uber. Luckily, I was able to call reception and they quickly found me. It would be good to provide instructions on how to access the hotel when you arrive - how to spot the door (under the Gerard sign) and how to call the desk from the door.

Wonderful hotel in the heart...

Liked: Fantastic location, staff and value. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all of the staff.The facilities were very comfortable and clean and the owner Martin was a great wealth of knowledge. Make sure to look at his artwork and furniture.There are some fantastic restaurants, and parks, within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel felt very secure.
Disliked: I would have easily given this a 10 if it wasn't for the shower. However the bathroom facilities were very cramped and the shower head sprayed water everywhere except for on you. This could easily be remedied with installing a new shower head.
