Liked: Location
Disliked: Not as shown in pictures, good location, but dissapointing front desk staff skills. My room was assigned twice and had somebody entering my room while I was showering. Not acceptable at all.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: It was not equipped enough, for which we paid. It's not like it looks in photos. Our room had no iron for clothes, there was no refrigerator for our drinks, the window has no curtains that covered the light and it was very uncomfortable to continue sleeping after 6:00am. We couldn't rest well.

Passable

Liked: Location is top. Self check in service was easy. The accommodation was really quick in responsing on messages.
Disliked: The room had bugs and there are 0 windows in the room. You can’t get any fresh air. Only one small window in the bathroom. And there come a weird smell out of the airco.

Exceptional

Liked: This property was self check in, and very easy to gain access upon arrival. Elizabeth was very helpful for the few days I was visiting and was very attentive towards my questions. I will definitely return to Casa Condado!

Overall a great stay I...

Liked: Located in a convenient location. Closer to many places and quite safe and secure. The unit was quite clean and neat. The staff were very prompt and wonderful.
Disliked: The unit didn’t have a kettle or coffee maker, a small microwave, toilet seat cover and the shower had some issues. These are minor items but they would have made the experience better.
