Overall a great stay I...

Liked: Located in a convenient location. Closer to many places and quite safe and secure. The unit was quite clean and neat. The staff were very prompt and wonderful.
Disliked: The unit didn’t have a kettle or coffee maker, a small microwave, toilet seat cover and the shower had some issues. These are minor items but they would have made the experience better.

Liked: The locations
Disliked: There is no access for people with disabilities, all rooms are via stairs, there is no minibar, the Wi-Fi worked very poorly and the photos did not match the room.

Liked: Close to the downtown area
Disliked: The building is structured as a house . There are 4 floors and no elevators . If you have luggage you will have to carry everything upstairs floor by floor . There was construction being done at the building and lots of noise . The towels provided were dirty . Front desk services are limited due to Covid which is understandable.
