Liked: The breakfast, which was not included, was horrible...tastless eggs served cold, microwaved white bread, no butter or jam, bitter, bitter coffee. Unacceptable.
Disliked: In the bedroom the curtain rod had fallen off and outside there was a light making the bedroom too bright. The staff taped a black plastic bag over the window, very ugly. The bathroom facet was loose, you could not touch it or it would fall over. The walls and ceiling in the bathroom were peeling and were disgusting. No hooks to hang clothes, robe, or towels to dry. Very, very run down for the price.

Liked: The room was fantastic, big, spacious, and the hotel per se was beautiful! THe neighborhood amazing and the hotel was quiet while the area lively and super safe. You could walk everywhere.
Disliked: I didn't feel the value cost-benefit was worth it the breakfast was continental and every single thing even milk for the americano (which was the only coffee included) was charged. I felt like for what we ended up paying for the extras we could have had a way better breakfast somewhere else. I am certain that the transportation to the airport was included because was one of the reasons for booking this hotel when we requested it they advised it had a charge for almost double of a regular uber, we didn't end up requesting the service.The staff was nice but did not offer any tips on things to do around, a brochure anything, it felt like more they were handing the keys and receiving them. The property was beautiful but the services were very poor not for this type of hotel.
