Liked: Great hotel with all you need, clean and comfortable bedrooms. Stayed here with my 2month baby and we had a great time. Staff is very quick supporting you in all you need. The location is perfect, easy to access and go everywhere in Guadalajara.

This was not just a terrible hotel stay – it was a nightmare.During our stay, our personal information was leaked to a criminal organization, which held us captive in our room and extorted us. This is a massive breach of customer privacy and a serious safety threat. I cannot stress enough how dangerous this hotel is.Lack of Security & Complicity – It’s clear that the hotel has no regard for guest safety. Whether through negligence or worse, they allowed this to happen.Unprofessional & Irresponsible Staff – When we tried to get help, the staff did nothing to assist or protect us.Horrific Experience – Being trapped in a room, fearing for our lives, is something no traveler should ever experience.AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Staying here is not just unpleasant—it’s life-threatening. Authorities should investigate this place immediately. Do not risk your safety!
