Clean Budget hotel in sketchy...

Liked: The no frills hotel was clean on the border of multiple more well known neighborhoods. The room while very basic was clean. The stained bed linens needed replacement but were adequate. The WiFi was solid.
Disliked: When you come in to the property you are greeted by a front desk person behind bulletin proof glass. They take your ID and you go up to a bare bones room. The paint was peeling around the window from a regular leak and the windows were fitted in a way that left gaps around them. The heavy curtain mitigated cold air and the loud and powerful heater cooling unit kept the temperature moderate. The neighbors brought their conversations into the hallway late at night because there is no room in the bedroom for a conversation.

Liked: The staff there were very nice especially the Indian boy whose name I forgot but all were polite and friendly
