Liked: The location right in the Milano design district is great if you are into design and fashion.We had to leave the hotel very early (6 AM) before breakfast was served, so the hotel prepared nice "breakfast baskets" for us that we took to go.
Disliked: In a hotel at this level I would expect to find a swimming pool.

Liked: The level of service provided by the hotel is excellent. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything. I also want to note the excellent breakfasts. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of both the opera house and the central square.
Disliked: The hotel itself is quite small, I don't know if this is an advantage or a disadvantage. The bar is unfortunately very small, both in size and in terms of selection, and it's not cozy, although the staff provided excellent service.
