Smelled like smoke. Very loud. Locks on door didn’t work; didn't feel safe in hotel or hotel room.

Having the closest room to the front lobby was not good. Heard people coming in and out all night. Doors kept slamming throughout night. There was loud music coming from the building next door until 4am. The king size bed was nice even though there was not a fitted sheet for the mattress and the comforter was very old. Washroom and specifically the shower was very nice. Air conditioner barely worked and no working phone to call front desk.

Liked: Shower and bathroom is great.
Disliked: No fitted sheet on the mattress; was uncomfortable and air conditioner did not work.

Liked: The ground floor really smells horrible with smoking. I was very uncomfortable with the smell. They need to inform customers about the smoking conditions before a reservation is made, especially because it's nonrefundable.
Disliked: The horrible smell of smoke. I have allergies, and with the heavy cigarettes smells, it really triggered my allergies. Also, there was no working vending machine.
