Smelled like smoke. Very loud. Locks on door didn’t work; didn't feel safe in hotel or hotel room.

Having the closest room to the front lobby was not good. Heard people coming in and out all night. Doors kept slamming throughout night. There was loud music coming from the building next door until 4am. The king size bed was nice even though there was not a fitted sheet for the mattress and the comforter was very old. Washroom and specifically the shower was very nice. Air conditioner barely worked and no working phone to call front desk.

Liked: Shower and bathroom is great.
Disliked: No fitted sheet on the mattress; was uncomfortable and air conditioner did not work.

I would recommend based on...

Liked: The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Too much loud noise in the wee hours of the morning. Perhaps a bit more sound proofing needed. Maybe a carpet in the hallway so you don't have to hear guest pulling suitcases.

Disliked: The room instantly smelled like cigarette smoke, I told the clerk and looked for room service in the hallway only to find them four rooms down the hall laying in one of the beds with the cleaning products in the hallway with the door open. My room had trash of weave packages in there which shows that they didn’t clean the room thoroughly. The floor was dirty, the bathroom towel had holes in it. The sheet on the bed had multiple cigarette burns and holes in it. The room constantly smelled like smoke each time I left and came back in no matter how much times I called them to spray it out. They don’t like to clean the rooms and they lay down on them during the times they should be cleaning them.

Liked: I didn't stay at your facility.
Disliked: I arrived from Florida at 9 am and had a religious function to attend at 2:30 pm, needed to take a shower and iron my clothes but was told by your reception that I will have to wait until 3 pm to check in. I had to call other hotels in area and pay for a second room, they allowed me to check in at 1:15 pm and took a shower and iron my clothes. You guys need to be a little more flexible for your customers.
