Having the closest room to the front lobby was not good. Heard people coming in and out all night. Doors kept slamming throughout night. There was loud music coming from the building next door until 4am. The king size bed was nice even though there was not a fitted sheet for the mattress and the comforter was very old. Washroom and specifically the shower was very nice. Air conditioner barely worked and no working phone to call front desk.

Liked: Shower and bathroom is great.
Disliked: No fitted sheet on the mattress; was uncomfortable and air conditioner did not work.

Liked: Nothing the hotel was smelling of Cannabis and I didn't feel safe at all . The facility was poor. The toilet was that the fan had a funny noise .. loud noise, and the room was very cold .I wouldn't book there and . I wldnt advise anyone to book there .It's a smoking hotel doggy people going in and out
Disliked: The staff communication was poor I didn't feel safe .I asked for a refund d so I can look for somewhere safe to book, but the staff was not helpful

Liked: The location was nearby stores to get some breakfast and dinner. Public transportation was nearby. The room was warm very good heat provided.
Disliked: The pillow on the bed wasn't clean, it looked like it was blood stain on the pillow and the pillow case wasn't clean I was able to see stains on pillow case. The face cloths weren't white they looked like someone had just finish washing with them. The ice machine didn't work 2/3 years ago and it still didn't work. The ice bucket and the tray it was on had black spots in it. They provided a small clear bag to put inside the ice bucket for the ice, if the ice machine worked. The soda and snack machine still didn't work. My fridge wasn't working so the guy changed it from another room, that didn't work much better and it wasn't clean. Not enough pillows provided cause the headboard to the bed while sitting up watching TV hurt your back if you leaned up against it.
