Glad I dont have business...

Disliked: Been here couple of times and booked the same basic room. Im surprised that the room has no AC and said this is the room i booked for. I even showed the picture… Shout out to Maricela receptionest who has a little attitude like “who cares, whatever ” no good at all. Be careful when you book coz they put you in a room and you have no choice but to upgrade. The next front desk the next day was very friendly, reminded me about my bfast and gave me a little time to stay.

Disappointing

Liked: The rate too high for the values and overly expensive
Disliked: Every thing was not what I was told by Booking.com

Passable

Liked: Staff was friendly, helpful and even took the initiative to make us comfortable.Clean room. Safe location. Breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Room didn't look anything like the ones on the pictures.Room was next to the corridor and made us feel people could see inside the room, even inside the bathroom!

Safe place . Quirky decor

Liked: Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was great . We had a problem with our 1st room , but we changed rooms and everything was great . Walking distance to museums, park , shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Traffic noisy .. but that is a big city for you 😄Bed hard .

Disappointing

Liked: Good location, good breakfast
Disliked: Room is tiny with awkward furniture so there's no space to put things. Water was leaking on the bathroom floor and the toilet water was constantly running. It was fixed the next day. Reception didn't tell us that breakfast is served one hour later on Sundays and we learned it on checkout and had to leave hungry.

Liked: The staff are very supportive.
Disliked: The room was full of bugs, so I couldn’t sleep at all. Besides, the breakfast is very limited and if you want to eat more you need to pay. The TV remote control was not working and the sheets were dirty.
