Disliked: Closure of front entrance early in the evening.

Liked: Staff very accommodating. Location overlooking via Toledo from balcony, delightful and just a few steps from the theatre.
Disliked: Misleading description; NOT a suite but a room with chairs and sofa. Impression on booking page vastly distorts size of the room. Had to unblock shower head, which then meant the drain overflowed. "Private Entrance" I'm sure is for benefit of all guests - not necessarily a problem but again gives false impression of "exclusivity" that one would expect for over €300 per night.... Breakfast very average, only ate once over 3 mornings. If you want it (we were not fussed), don't count on the TV subscription service to Netflix etc. to work. Collection from airport is exorbitant - arranged separately via Booking and got large car for less than 1/2 the price.

Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. The rate of the hotel would have merit, fresh and origin stuff.
