Liked: Great and convenient location. Eclectic hotel! Nicely upgraded to king suite for our anniversary! Would definitely stay here again! Great staff too!
Disliked: Protesters a bit noisy down the street but out of the hotel’s control.

Exceptional Service Experience

Liked: Their service was absolutely perfect. If you need help, don't hesitate to ask them; they always did their best to assist. I reported an issue with the room, and they immediately provided me with a different one. During my trip, I encountered a distressing issue with a parcel, which left me quite flustered. However, the staff promptly assisted me and resolved the matter when I asked for help. It was the best service.
