Overall this was a super...

Liked: I thought the stay was good. The bed was my favorite part it was surprisingly one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I've slept on in a hotel. The smell was like chlorine in the room but I appreciate the clean smell. I appreciate our location of our corner room near the pine trees. Breakfast was fun with Finn.
Disliked: The walls had old kid scribbles and unknown substances. Some of the paint above the wall was peeling off in a large chunk. The bathroom had some cobwebs that need tending. Some soap was chilling in the bottom of the tub which made the initial shower very slippery until removed. Our neighbors were definitely smoking pot that leaked into our room. I appreciate our location of our corner room near the pine trees. The location of the microwave was annoying if you need to heat water for formula with a baby. I do think the arcade area needs updating at some point and more attention from staff. Some of the games don't work and at one point our game card that I added 40 points disappeared after only playing the car ride game that takes your picture. I didn't print a receipt to show staff.

Over rated

Liked: The staff was phenomenal! They were extremely professional, very friendly and accommodating. The area was super close to the main attractions in Lancaster.
Disliked: The facility wasn't as clean as it should be. It was outdated and the blankets/bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. The pool towels were also thin, cheap and small, slightly bigger than a hand towel. I wasn't impressed given the price paid to stay there. Guests were loud in the middle of the night, waking up my grandson. Which is surprising given the family/children promoted atmosphere. I chose this place because it was geared towards children. The women next door had 6 children and she was the only adult trying to keep them under control.

Liked: I like the location of the property. The lobby of the hotel is very nice and clean and smells so good!
Disliked: The rooms are not very clean. The bathrooms are just very dirty looking. The rooms also have a very weird mildew smell.
