Expected more.

Liked: I appreciated the activities that were offered for the kids during our stay. It gave them something to look forward to and kept them engaged with the “theme” of the hotel. I also appreciate Esther ( a front desk manager that was there on the Saturday we stayed) she was very understanding about my concerns and was a warm welcome. My kids had fun at the pool.
Disliked: I did not like the lack of space in our room. It was smaller than the size of master bedroom, and we stayed in a disability accessible room. There was literally no room to move around, let alone if you had someone in a wheelchair there would be no where for them to go. The rooms were definitely outdated. The indoor pool is in a different building, so you have to walk out in the cold weather if you go in the winter months to get to the pool, AND there is not a changing area, only bathroom, in which have only 2 stalls. The amount of money you pay to stay here, is not worth it to me. We could have stayed at Great Wolfe for the same cost that we spent here. My family also had to stand outside in the rain at 11pm bc they got our room mixed up and so we went to the wrong room with our luggage waiting outside while they corrected the issue and walked us to the room that was the one registered with the key. The day before we were due to check out - our key got deactivated! So again, had to stand outside while that was addressed. Mind you, it’s winter and freezing. Not much communication was provided either. We had no idea there was a microwave where we get ice, we had no idea a microwave was not included with our room, and we had no idea about the activities until my 10 year old looked at the paper that was given to us. The stay was not the best, my expectations were not met.

Liked: The activities were fun believe it be better going in summer since local would if liked it to be consistent
Disliked: Way to many people to enjoy the indoor pool people in room next door were absolutely to loud and staff did nothing feel they could of changed our room or something tried to get breakfast stood there for 15 minutes before even acknowledge so went to eat somewhere else.

Liked: Everything they are Amazing people they make you feel good they have a lot of activities for the kids I love everything they treat you good I love that place. Shoutouts for Maddie, Zach,Kyle,coral, Berna, Luis, Ron, Ambar, Mika, Nashalee, Mylo and everyone else they have I don’t know how to express my feelings Love all of you and I will love to come back again just planning that.
Disliked: Not complain

Such a fun place!

Liked: Great theming and so many fun activities for the family! Kids LOVED the bunk beds.
Disliked: Only that we didn’t stay longer!
