Liked: It was a better experience this time from 2 years ago because there were more things offer

It was fun! Kids had...

Liked: The rooms were super cool! The kids loved the decor! The location was close to restaurants and shopping. The activities were very cool and the kids had a blast! Enjoyed the gift shop.
Disliked: The pool area was not ideal. You have to go outside to go inside the pool area. When it’s cold out, it’s not ideal to swim. The check in time was not the best. My room was not ready during check in and had to wait an extra hour before checking in. Then they gave us a room without a tub. The beds were decent but could have been a little better when it comes to comfy level. They don’t give many towels and don’t have pool towels available.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: We kept telling My grandkids we were going to swim and they were so excited. Then when we go to take them swimming in the afternoon the pool is closed because it was "dirty". That is unexpectable. We were unable to swim our entire visit. We were left with playing games that we brought to occupy our time there. Then when you book 2 rooms in the same reservation, one would think you would keep them close together. No that was to much to ask since we checked in late. We had our reservations for months. That is not a good excuse. I am totally heartbroken with our experience and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not worth my money.
