Ok but won’t stay here...

Liked: Close to shops and restaurants
Disliked: Walls are thin. You could hear conversation and laughter. Toilet was running all night and shower doors would not close. Room was a little musty. Hotel site does not make reference to rooms being separate from hotel. The young lady working in the Bearcafe was a little rude and prices were ridiculous Rooms do not get made daily.

Family friendly fun

Liked: It was really family friendly with activities throughout the day to participate in, like bingo, arts and crafts and movie nights.
Disliked: The food. We ate at the restaurant once for breakfast and the food was cold and not good. We ended up going out to eat for the rest of our meals.

The staff when we arrived...

Liked: Very great location! Awesome pools and out door fun for kids.
Disliked: They only had showers no tubes for small kids and no recliners.

My family enjoyed their stay....

Liked: Indoor pool, fire pits, and activities for kids like crafts and the arcade were nice. Fun trivia during dinner.
Disliked: Food at the Cartoon Network restaurant was just okay. Food at the breakfast buffet didn't seem very fresh. My daughter's pancakes were hard. It was the same one character for the character meet & greets and the character breakfast for the three days we were there. Some variation would have been nice.

Satisfied Clean Safe environment

Disliked: no microwave in the room but we but at least they had some in the lobby for users

Liked: Just about everything. Comfortable bed, great shower, clean, 24 hour staffWe were a group of three grown men so didn't utilize most of the amenities
Disliked: Our keys kept having to be reset. Which was weird, but the stuff was always able to help out, even at 3am

Bang for your buck if...

Liked: Staff was upbeat and friendly. There are a lot of activities for the kids and characters coming out at certain times of the day. The room was clean and decorated very cute. The beds were very comfortable. We had a family room, and having a tv for each bunk was awesome. My son could watch his cartoons while we watched what we wanted to watch at our bed. The shower was nice and big, plus shower pressure was amazing, the best I have experienced at any hotel. The lighting around the mirror had me intrigued. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!
Disliked: pillows on the queen sized bed, we had 4 small kid sized pillows, no microwave in the room. These are the only 2 small things we would change.
