Liked: Excellent. Couldn't have been better. Jack was very helpful in helping us organise everything and John is the whisley room was very accomdating, really enkoyed the Whiskey Room. Breakfast and dinner outstanding.
Disliked: Could not fault the place.

Liked: This hotel is great! Really lovely mix of modern luxury and old comforts. The grounds are beautiful and most of the staff were terrific.
Disliked: The bar staff were very slow and not very welcoming or friendly.

Superb

Probably one of the best...

Liked: Probably one of the best hotels in Ireland. It's giant, old yet ultra clean, its soaked in history, and overall is breathtaking - We stayed one night, and it wasn't enough. The hotel is massiveIt has several sitting lounges, several restaurants, acres and acres of grounds, a gym, spa, pool, etc etc.... the list goes on.The rooms were large and super clean (i'm a clean-a-phobic) The bed was large and super comfortableCar parking was easyStaff were greatOverall one our favourite Hotels ever.
Disliked: No negatives - It was all good.

Disappointing on many levels would...

Liked: We were disappointed the room was small and could do with a refresh. A long walk to the rooms not suitable for people with difficulty walking. The clothes rail in our bedroom broke and despite reporting the issue twice was not repaired. We had nowhere to hang up our clothes during our stay. Overpriced for the standard of accommodation and food on offer.
Disliked: The food was very overpriced for the quality and quantity. The selection at breakfast was poor with no whole milk on offer and cold porridge.
