Unhappy due to the itemized...

Liked: The location
Disliked: I have stayed here a number of times, but this time the hotel staff refused to provide me with a bill with itemized room cost, they said it was due to the fact that I booked with Expedia! However, I had explained that this is incorrect and even after I showed them my Booking.com booking reference, they refused to provide me an itemized bill. I need an itemized bill for work expense claim. I will not stay there again if they continue to refuse to provide itemized receipt.

Liked: Was only there for one night was left wishing I was staying longer
Disliked: Parking was quite expensive I really do resent having to pay for Parking when I stay at a hotel

Disliked: A bit old fashioned.

Liked: Although little old but what matter is It’s clean, good price. Has kitchenette which is perfect. Would also be nice if the tvs are smart so we can mirror from our device but all the rest are really good
Disliked: Parking, challenging so difficult to park and the charge is high like $37 a night
