Liked: Staff were super helpful and great to have options of free yoga and meditation in the mornings
Disliked: The location is very central but hotel is on a busy main road which makes the pool area much less appealing

Liked: Great location, modern looking facility and clean.
Disliked: The tv remotes did not work, the outdoor pool closed at 6pm, there was no information in the room regarding time of meals, amenities like spa, etc because we could not get the tv to work. Only valet parking so everything you wanted access to your car, you had to ask staff for your car keys.

Excellent stay in Puebla

Liked: Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great pool area for relaxing. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Disliked: Showers were a bit mouldy and the towels felt a bit worn-out.
