Disliked: The check in, I was double charged and the person who checked me in didn’t tell me I had two reservations

Liked: New building. Good bathroom, good mattress
Disliked: 1. Restaurant on site is super slow in the morning. 30 mins waiting time to be seated while the restaurant was 50% occupied. Then, 1 hour wait for a granola and croissant sandwich. Croissant was with super low quality patty. Does not tasty at all. 2. Upon our arrive I found out that there was a big blind spot on the curtain. Not crucial, but unpleasant. 3. There were price difference between what I booked in booking.com and what we actually paid upon checking out, excluding all our extra costs such as valet parking and drinking on a bar. First evening one girl on reception said that they will take that extra costs on them (on Helton). But during checkout another girl was super unprofessional.So our experience was bad the day we did checkout because of the restaurant and it’s low quality and with that issue upon checkout with price difference. TAKE AWAY ALL HIDDEN COSTS if there are any.
