Not worth the money

Liked: The bathhouse is the main draw for this hotel. Those facilities were excellent: rustic but relaxing. The claw foot tubs and wrapping room made it feel like you were stepping back in time for a traditional healing waters cure. The original building (which does not house the hotel’s bedrooms) really takes you back to the early days of the Pacific Northwest
Disliked: Although most American hotels are overpriced and a bit rubbish, this one was especially so. There were layers of dust on the bedside lamp and the walls were paper thin. You can clearly hear normal conversations from the rooms next door. If the hotel weren’t quite so expensive I wouldn’t complain, but it’s certainly not worth the price. Better to just go for a day visit to the bathhouse and stay somewhere else.

Disliked: We made reservations for Carson City, NEVADA…not Carson, Washington. We had to scramble that evening to find a hotel. I expect a refund for your mistake. How does someone reserve a room from NV for a room in NV the same evening and attempt to drive to Washington? Impossible. Refund my money.
