Liked: Breakfast was phenomenal.. Room was sheik & cozy. Great central (historic) location with a very friendly and professional staff....

Liked: The hospitality of the staff, the location, the beautiful re-design of the historic property, the comfort of the room.
Disliked: Our bathroom and shower was amazing but the seamless shower (that I loved!) was equipped with a ceiling to floor glass partition that did not close to the exterior of the shower stall and water was all over the floor. I have stayed in this property many times before. Some rooms have a bathroom encased in a glass cube separating the bathroom from the sleep area. This was not the case in this particular room. Regardless, I would stat at Casa Troya again. It’s a gorgeous historic property and the re-design is aesthetically beautiful and the rooms very well designed for gust accommodations. Thank you

Great Hotel! Superb Location!

Liked: This is a very nice hotel at a great price! It is located right on the Camino in the central area of Santiago, just steps away from the cathedral and from many bars and cafes and resraurants. I ogt a very clean room, with a spacious and wonderful bathroom.

excellent hotel very close to...

Liked: Very close to Cathedral. Clean and excellent staff. Restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores all around the the hotel. a buzzing area with lots of good vibes. laundromat right next to the back of the hotel. staff always ready to help . Recommend this hotel .

Liked: staff lovely. locaton excellent. They did their best on all
Disliked: black mould in the bathroom and a smell of damp but they did offer me another room and said that it was a problem n the old part of town. The other room was airier and had a double bed. Room had two single beds and the mattress was hard. There was no bathroom fan and a very small window so no air into the room
