Very quiet friendly atmosphere that...

Liked: Very close to all amenities and the beach. Also, although there is no facilities currently due to major upgrade works at the hotel I can assure everyone it was very quiet and would recommend a stay at this hotel.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit soft compared to my previous stay where I had an excellent sleep a bit tired. The new coffee maker in the rooms instead of a kettle I found this restricts you being unable to fill other items like a bottle and it takes a long time to fill a cup as it dribbles out.

Fantastic view of the golf...

Liked: I had a lovely room with great view of the golf course. The breakfast is good value with friendly staff and the part refurbishment is coming along well. The hotel were very communicative in advance about the swimming pool being out of action which was appreciated.
Disliked: The kettles have been replaced by coffee making machines This is no good for tea drinkers! My first request for a kettle was refused so I had to ask a manager. The new bar area was too cold to sit in. The heating needs to be sorted.

Liked: Spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty parking. Food was all delicious.
Disliked: Unfortunately the spa wasn’t open when we stayed but we knew that in advance as they let us know a number of times and adjusted our room rate accordingly which was much appreciated.

Liked: Beautiful view over golf course in room with balcony, very quiet and peaceful. Lovely staff, reception was beautiful with Christmas decorations.Easy parking. Didn’t use any facilities as we arrived late. Room attendants were very nice and do a great job. Bed and pillows weee comfortable and the shower was lush. Good quality toiletries.
Disliked: Patio doors were absolutely filthy, no complimentary bottles of water which are standard even in 3* hotels. Slippers and robes would be a nice extra. Bathroom mirror was not clean, a magnifying mirror would be nice. Only a couple of items were available after 9 in room service menu. The staff member was very nice and accommodating when asked if I could have some bread.

Liked: Fantastic views and nice touch with the Christmas lights, trees and overall layout of the hotel
Disliked: The slabs on the balcony were loose and I almost tripped up when I first stepped out.
