Liked: We were sent to Carnoustie as a gift for Christmas and the hotel was just outstanding, it was clean staff extremely friendly and helpful and the spa was just perfect. We enjoyed a lovely relaxing stay and can’t wait to be back

Disliked: Internal refurbishment starting by 08:30 both mornings of our stay, awoken by noise.

Disappointing

Liked: Very disappointed that there is no bottled water in room. Which was a junior suite. Phoned reception and was told by staff member to use bathroom tap for water.The cooked breakfast was served on cold plates so by the time we were served breakfast was cold.Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend and will not return.
