Great hotel and location

Liked: Lovely hotel in a great location, the room was lovely and I thought being in the second floor that I would be disturb y the traffic but I slept so well and heard nothing. The staff were very helpful and the wine and cheese hour was just an extra bonus to a perfect stay, thank you for being so welcoming

Liked: We had a slight issue with our flights. Booking.com and the hotel were incredible. On arriving 2 days later than planned we had the most lovely welcome. The staff couldn't do enough to help and make sure you had all you needed. The breakfast was great, the wine and cheese evening was lovely. The hosts in both were so friendly and interested in your plans and also shared recommendations, too.The only shame was having to leave

Nice, comfortable hotel right in...

Liked: The included breakfast; tea, coffee, and water throughout the day; and the wine and cheese hour were great. New York can be an expensive place so it was great to be able to start the day with breakfast at the hotel and to grab a snack or a drink throughout the day if needed.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about!

Liked: The staff were very nice and friendly, and it was very convenient to get to Carnegie Hall since the hotel was just on the opposite side of it. The free drinks and snacks were also very delicious.
