Liked: Excellent communication with the owner Adrian - he was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Very clean and comfortable, and the location is close enough to town. Parking is available on site with the option of a cooked breakfast in the morning.

Liked: The staff was really helpful and friendly and the room was sweet and cozy. I really felt well looked after.
Disliked: The b&b was 25 min walk from center. Although it wasn't too big of a problem I wished on some days it was closer. But thanks to that it was located in a quiet area, away from noise, cars and other tourist.

Liked: This place holds the standards of a 5* hotel, squeezed into a b and b. The room was spacious and immaculately presented, breakfast cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble for Adrian, absolute stellar gent and host.Lovely touches like the tea cakes, biscuits, usb and charging plugs - refreshed every day, and always enough coffee and milk - something often overlooked by other b and bs.Location is perfect for all local amenities, especially the Cairngorms. The bed was very comfortable and fresh. I couldn't have asked for anymore. Cheers Adrian - you nailed it.
