Liked: Cozy room with a nice view and a close walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.
Disliked: There was limiting parking for guests.

Disliked: Check out was 11am and the cleaning crew showed up at 10 and basically ran us out.

Liked: The room way clean, very nice bedroom Matres and we really like the bathroom
Disliked: Both day and night front desk atender. We have a situation of bad communication When I try to get the credit from then, they told me that will be same day, then in the afternoon And when that night they told me in two days To make the story short My refund will be November 11And a finish pay in cash When I ask for the name of the manager o someone else in charge The person at night desk don't know who owns the HotelI'm very disappointed about them No training at all.

Lovely base for exploring Carmel...

Liked: The location is brilliant and the town itself is a dreamlike place! This inn looks charming and authentic, surrounded by lovely plants and flowers. Many cute little shops, galleries and restaurants within 5 min walking distance. Very quiet at night.
Disliked: Rooms could use some updating (bathrooms, carpeting, bedding). The price is kind of high for a 3 star hotel, yet one should bare in mind that Carmel is very pricey place.
