Disliked: The parking situation, while thoroughly explained before had, was inconvenient as there are not enough spaces for the number of rooms.

Disliked: The walls are thin, heard people upstairs walking, talking, showering. The guy next door snored like a bear all night, could barely sleep.Property is old, took a long time for the hot water in bathroom sink faucet to come. Faucet was also partially broken. Bathroom walls had drops of toothpaste on.

Disappointed- property needs serious renovation
