Liked: Suite had everything I needed. Complete amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Housekeeping replenished soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc, even bottled water everyday! I love this place and will book Carmana when I’m back in Vancouver again.

Very good

Liked: We loved the easy location of the property. The room was stunning, great view, comfortable bed and very clean. The staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions.
Disliked: The elevator from the parkade was out of service and the explanation on what to do - in terms of locating the other elevator - was lacking. We were very confused.

Liked: No breakfast. However, thought they may have supplied some milk for tea and coffee. Apartment was lovely and in a good location

Hotel is great, front desk...

Liked: Spacious room, clean, nice location.
Disliked: The girl in the front desk was so unprofessional and rude, made us really uncomfortable during checkin which is the first day of our stay.
