Liked: The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Completely UnsafeI stayed at this hotel from March 16 to 21, 2025, in Room 229 (a corner room). This was by far the worst and most unsafe hotel experience I have ever had.On the fourth night, around 2:30 AM, I was woken up by a strange noise. When I turned on the light, I saw someone trying to break my door lock using a steel plate inserted from the outside. I immediately called 911 to report the situation.Before that, I had tried calling the hotel reception, but the in-room phone was extremely old, dirty, and had faded numbers, making it impossible to find the correct extension. Eventually, I managed to reach reception by dialing 0. However, the staff's response was shockingly casual, as if this was a normal occurrence. The person simply said, "Okay, I will check," but never called me back to update me.Terrified, I waited for about 20 minutes before calling reception again. This time, they told me the police were there and checking the security cameras. When the police arrived at my room, they informed me that a woman had attempted to break into my room—not just mine, but several others as well.Even after this serious incident, no hotel staff came to check on me. The next morning, I asked the front desk about security, and they admitted that the intruder had entered from the basement parking lot, which had no gates or security measures to prevent unauthorized access to guest rooms. Shockingly, the staff member shrugged it off and said, "Anyway, she couldn’t break your door." He didn’t even apologize for the incident.This hotel is completely unsafe, especially for families. While the hotel itself is clean and beautiful, safety should be the top priority, and this place fails miserably in that regard. Avoid staying here at all costs. I have attached the pictures.
