Liked: Clean, friendly staff. Everything was fine until the fire alarm went off around midnight , there was no information or staff in the hallway, we tried to call reception but got no answer, until we went to reception ourselves and they told us it was a false alarm.

Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.First, the initial room we were given was not clean and had a bad smell. When we asked the receptionist to change it, she responded rudely, claiming we were the first to ever complain—an extremely unprofessional response. The staff at the reception, in general, were rude, disrespectful, and seemed unhappy to assist guests. Every question we asked was met with an annoyed expression and short, dismissive answers.The spa service, which requires an additional fee, was also a letdown. Everything looked outdated and not well-maintained. The excessive chlorine made it difficult to breathe, and our eyes were stinging. Although we booked for three hours, we left after just 40 minutes because of the poor conditions. The “mocktails” included in the spa package were nothing more than water with lemon and ice—definitely not worth mentioning as an included perk.The room itself was not worth the price. The furniture was old and not properly cleaned, the windows were dirty, and the hairdryer and iron were barely functional. The shower water pressure was so weak that it was difficult to rinse out shampoo properly.Another major issue was the attitude of the employees. They completely ignored us when we approached the reception, not even bothering to greet us. Upon checkout, when we honestly said that our stay was not good, the employee simply dismissed our feedback without any acknowledgment or apology.Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor service, lack of cleanliness, and dismissive attitude of the staff made our stay very unpleasant.
