Liked: The rooms are big and the Italian shower was nice
Disliked: The staff are rude and speak to you like you are beneath them, they insulted my intelligence in their email replies to my issues. They also lie on their room discription on Booking, the balcony is none smoking, this is stated no where and why would someone choose a balcony if not to smoke, and don't say the view cause my view was the highway, not very interesting. When I confronted them, they showed me the paper I signed and filled in when I arrived, but nobody told me there was information on the otherside of that paper. Absolute worst experience I've had, this hotel is a stain in the name Carlton.I am expecting a refund of one night, as I didn't stay the two nights and the reception lady said they would refund the second night.
