Liked: The most welcoming & friendly staff. A free drink voucher and sweeties given on arrival.Perfect if doing Moray way races.
Disliked: It is a fantastic central location, so you can't expect silence. Nice touch that ear plugs provided in the room, but I didn't need them.

Nice comfy hotel, pity about...

Liked: Nice comfy bed and good room layout with plenty space. It was a family room for 2 of us so maybe that’s why. Old hotel with creaky floors and doors but surprisingly quiet internally, however the noise from the pub patrons downstairs was something else. Didn’t stay for breakfast as we were up and away early next morning. Staff nice and friendly. Very good value.
Disliked: The noise from the pub was unbelievable, shouting arguing hollering for hours on end. How anyone lives there on a Friday/Saturday is anyone’s guess.

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The smell in the room was overpowering as well as the corridor. May have been fried food or something used to mask previous smoking in the room either way it upset my nights sleep.

For the price I paid...

Liked: Great price and great location. Clean and tidy hotel. Nice breakfast included in the price. Big free car park not far from hotel. Free drinks voucher on checking in was a good touch.
