Liked: The staff were lovely.
Disliked: The heating not working, the window didn't close properly, the fridge was leaking. The bedding was terrible. The room looked like it was a spare room just thrown together. Not the usual standard.

Liked: Staff very friendly. Very comfortable spotless room with complementary mini bar. Amazing location and fantastic value for money. What more could you ask for ? Perfect for visitors to the Royal Concert Hall. A stones throw from main shopping areas.
Disliked: Breakfast maybe could be cheaper on quieter times ?
