Liked: I liked the location of the hotel.
Disliked: I send a question through Booking.com which was never answered. After two days I called the hotel but again, no one answered the phone from the reservations department. They then promised to call me back. This did not happen and I therefore had to call them again. I finally talked to a young woman, who shortly offered her apologies but who got annoyed when she heard my frustrations with how they deal with guests. Very bad experience and this is typical dutch unfriendliness!!

Fantastic location

Liked: Perfect location right beside the tram stop, no. 1 and no. 9 trams into the city. It was great to have a balcony, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Fantastic views of the dunes and the sea. Would recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The weather wasn't great....but that's not the fault of the hotel!!

Beautiful hotel and location -...

Liked: clean hotel room and very friendly staff ! Parking comes with the hotel but cost extra. Hotel is at a dead end road which is a plus and you have the ocean right in front of the hotel also the dunes on the side! Breakfast was phenomenal and they had everything you could dream off! It’s definitely worth to book with breakfast ! Sauna and pool downstairs was relaxing too!
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that we got a room pointing to the side the tramp goes on and off. Those tramp parking lot is behind the hotel and the Tramps are coming and going every 5 minutes almost 24/7 ! You can’t sleep with open windows if you are a light sleeper as I am! What a pitty ! Also no privacy since your balcony is split in half and just one thin glass wall is separating it but you can hear clearly the other ppl next door. If you want a sikebt night you definitely have to ask for a room not on the tramp side located at.

Liked: Good breakfast, great location the cleaning staff on one day made our beds upside down with the pillows on one of the beds at the feet. Very helpful and fiendly staff.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the elevator drinks were spilled on the floor and the floor was sticky. Told staff and it was cleaned quickly.
