Over disappointed, under renovation

Liked: The infrastructure is under renovation. Only after reservation they sent a message referring to the renovation, and after scrolling down to the bottom of a message that usually do not read after the "thanks for your reservation "'. Parking was closed and I needed to pay 35 Euro for public parking. No possibility for breakfast and I need to wake up earlier to search for a facility with parking to have breakfast. I feel fooled by the management.

Disliked: Room was dated. Given level 1 facing car park view. Door don’t close properly so wind got in made it noisy.

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel.
Disliked: I send a question through Booking.com which was never answered. After two days I called the hotel but again, no one answered the phone from the reservations department. They then promised to call me back. This did not happen and I therefore had to call them again. I finally talked to a young woman, who shortly offered her apologies but who got annoyed when she heard my frustrations with how they deal with guests. Very bad experience and this is typical dutch unfriendliness!!
