Liked: Everything! They had a free margarita bar, hot cocoa bar, and lots of activities! Free bike rentals and free beach chairs. All of the staff had huge smiles and loved their jobs. The property is walking distance to the Carlsbad Village and next to the property was a breakfast restaurant and a Mexican restaurant that 'to go' drinks and happy hour foods! The nicest thing that happened was when our niece and her young twin girls came to visit. They loved the towel origami that was on our bed when we arrived. I asked Iridian, one of the housekeepers, if I could pay for an extra origami. She said that she would get us one, but that we wouldn't be charged for it. Unbelievable hospitality!!!! She brought us three origami so I could give one to our grandson once we got home. The nieces and our grandson love them! Thank you Iridian and Carlsbad Beach Resort Inn!!! It made our visit memorable and we'll be back!!!! Charles
