Great location with horrible in...

Liked: Location was great. Many things to do within walking distance.
Disliked: Very noisy location. The walls are super thin and you hear every little noise such as water pipes going, doors closing, general traffic, and loud banging noises. The room had faulty drawers and everything seemed outdated.

Liked: First floor was fine. It was close to everything and was comfortable. People were okay as far as staff.
Disliked: Second floor was very difficult. hard to get up the stairs. the room smelled

Comfortable, quiet stay

Liked: Having a walk out to a peaceful courtyard is ideal, especially when traveling with a dog. Easy access on/off freeway and convenient food hall with lots of options.

Black mold

Disliked: Black Mold! A man at breakfast told us his son had to be taken to ER bc the night before, they moved the curtain, and Black dust fell out all over the place. The child woke up with his face swollen and bumps all over his face. It was reported to front desk, and they said they were working on all the AC vents because they had Black mold inside. Our ac unit made clunking sounds all night. There was hair on the bathroom floor and trash paper on the floor. When I called the front desk repeatedly, no one answered. The worst part is the hotel has an event room they rent out for weddings etc, so we had drunk people knocking on our door and being loud outside both slider door and front door. They were wandering around the entire property looking for their hotel room.
